OnPoint Index Book Search:

Cherokee County Clerk of Superior Courts is proud to announce a new search available to the public called OnPoint. With OnPoint you will easily be able to search the old Real Estate Indexes on-line. At this time Real Estate Index 1832 - 1898 and indexes from July 1979 - December 1988 are available for viewing. We are in the process of having 1899 - 1979 indexes scanned and some preservation work completed on necessary books. Our mission is to have all the Real Estate Indexes accessible on-line. As this is completed the information will be uploaded to this website. Please continue to check back for announcements of new images being loaded.


OnCore is the current land records systems for Cherokee County. With OnCore you will be able to perform a name search and view images by book and page number for Real Estate, Lien and Plat records. Information on this page is from 1989 – current date at top of the screen.

Please Note: This office cannot research information about recorded documents by telephone. The information maintained is public record, and anyone may come in to research documents. Deputy clerks are available to assist Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
